Pray for a Specific Event

2,062 students and adults came to the University of Mississippi not knowing what was in store. They found hot, humid weather, very friendly people, and needs far greater than their own.

2,318 volunteers put in 17,679 hours helping to build and renovate homes, distribute groceries, drywall, paint, clean up yards, do plumbing projects, re-side homes and more in Pearlington and Gulfport.

The Blitz of 2007 saw 1,402 volunteers tackle 20 locations in Hattiesburg from weeding trees in a nursery to cleaning buildings to folding clothes and more.

Students lives changed. Not just because they listened to good messages but because they experienced servanthood in a unique and tangible way.
