Youth Worker: a youth worker is responsible to the Deans of Momentum and supervises a group of same-gender students from his/her home church during the week of Momentum. These teens are the youth worker’s primary responsibility for the week. The youth worker stays in the dorm with the students and checks in on them in the morning and at night. The youth worker is available each night before lights-out time to help aid in their spiritual growth and to go over the events of the day. A youth worker will also have an assignment on the duty roster, which is handed out during staff meeting on the first day of conference (Preferred duties should be marked on your registration form. We'll do our best to match you to your insterests). Youth workers must be sponsored by their church and must submit a pastoral reference upon registration. They are also responsible for abiding by and enforcing the Momentum guidelines and attending staff meeting each morning. We ask all youth workers serving at Momentum to be at least 20 years of age. If you are under 20, please contact the Registrar at CE National to learn how you might still be eligible to serve.

Staff: a staff member is responsible to the Momentum Executive Committee, has a pre-determined job at Momentum, and has been specifically invited by CE National. Staff members are responsible for any pre-Momentum planning for their roles and for overseeing volunteers under them while at Momentum.
